Hi there, I am a 26 year old male and I have been having a lot of problems lately. I feel like my quads have developed too much and the rest of my body is suffering from it. My hamstrings are incredibly weak and I have no strength in my lower calves. They are jutting up into my back and it has become very painful. When I walk, I am hunched over, and it has become rather difficult to stay mobile. I have been trying to do exercises and stretches to compensate, but it seems to no avail. I have been to several doctors for this matter (not a sports physician yet, because they turned me away due to lack of insurance). I'd like to be able to get back to work, because I have a very physical job. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
