How are you suppose to know how many calories you have burned while exercising?

If you are on a treadmill it will show you the calories burned

If you add the exercises to your daily pagecthe app will calculate roughly what the cals woukd be expelled....then takes them off the overall total!! I only started to use this app yesterday. Im looking forwsrd to see my cak intake etc
