i am 18years old
my height is 5'5 and weight is 75
i am excess of 15kgs
i started my work out from past 15 days
i am taking herbal life product
and burning 500 calories in gym in the morning
and in the evening playing badminton for 2hrs
but there is not even a small change in me
what might be the problem
