i need to loose weight!!

am 25 now,and my weight is 75kg....and am 5.2ft.wht kind of exercise will be fast for me to loose plenty of weight...for exampe,i just want to weigh 55 0r 6okg

Hey you need to cut calories but make sure you still have at least 3 meals a day, preferable 5. And you need to workout, cardio to get fat burning and strength (weights) to fill lost fat with muscel. So there is no more room for fat to come back..

the fastest to lose weight is to eat less. calorie counting work best for me.
