The explanation here is simple: pain signals the stop of energy transformation through the body. The causes for it could be different: from mechanical to mental, but the final application of it is our body. So when it hurts in your muscles, ligaments, or tendons, the reasons for this could be numerous: from wrong thinking, feeling, and perception to the incorrect use of forces, muscle efforts and wrong movement as a whole. I would also suggest you to get yourself examined near a physician if your symptoms continue. Thanks for sharing.
Hello!
Go for an X-ray and make sure that you do not have any fractures or broken ribs. Recollect if you had any accident or fall recently.
Go for an ultrasound scan if the pain is unbearable to make sure that you do not have any hepatitis or any other abdominal issues.
If there are no medical issues then slow down and acclimatize and increase your intensity of the runs gradually.
Take care!
How long have you been running? This is usually normal if you are a beginner. The best thing to do is put your hands up in the air when it starts occurring and then that will give you relief. It will get better though the more you run the more your body will get accustomed to the exercise you are doing. Hope this helps :D
