post hip surgery
Hi I was wondering if anyone here has had hio surgery at around age 30 and has been working out?
I haven't had hip replacement! I had my right hip pined when I was about 8 years old. Have had both knees replaced and started doing leg exercises the next day. That being said make sure you get the proper answer from your doctor before doing anything!
I'm going to have it it's a total hip replacement and I was wondering if you can and how fast can you return to working out
You didn't state what type of hip surgery you had! Was it replacement?
