I crashed on my bike on sunday the 15th . My arm does not feel broke but is swollen on top of my arm close to my elboe. a lump it is kinda numb,not a lot of pain,but i want to know if i should rap it up.? have been iceing it also

I would suggest you to continue with the application of ice packs and take OTC painkillers. But if the swelling does not subside in a day or two, schedule an appointment with your orthopedician, as you may need to undergo X ray to rule out fracture. Also you may need a splint since immobilization of the injured part is essential. Take care!

wrapping couldn't hurt. take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen as well.
