do you think riding a stationary bike will help with ttsyndrome?
How about exercises picking up things with your toes?
Hi,
With the use of wrapping, heat and ice etc and orthotics, is it possible to get rid of TTS? I am also looking at chiropractic and Bowen technique correction. As a marathon runner Ive just being diagnosed and Im a bit stunned and would like to avoid an operation.
Thank Simon
Hi,
You can try hot wax baths, wrapping, compression hose and orthotics and see if they help. Orthotics are devices that correct and support musculoskeletal abnormalities. Surgery is helpful but as rightly mentioned has its complications.

Im pretty much in the same boat. Had surgery in Feb. Made things worse. Now they just want to remove the nerve all together. Gets rid of the pain but your foot will be numb for the rest of your life. Having a hard time swallowing that. But maybe with no pain you can use your foot better but if you hurt it again you will never know it until the swelling starts. Im a avid hiker. Havent been able to hit the trails since last June. Shots do nothing, Meds do nothing. Its like a lost cause Brent
