tryn loss weight

im trying to loss weight. I walk alot, drank plenty of water, & eating healthy. I noticed my clothes getting loose but im not losing weight?

You are probably building muscle.  Sometimes the scale is deceptive, and to really see the changes your body is making you can measure you legs, arms, waist, chest. Keep it up! Good Luck!

You didn't state what your meals consist of and you need to do strength training and cardio.
