Hi me1414, how are you doing? How are you doing with your exercises/gym work out? Are you feeling better now and carry on with the abdominal work out or do you get the spotting still? Hope you would have consulted the doctor regarding the same and can you update of the adivce and if any other cause for it? You may continue the gym but avoid over exerting yourself, particularly with the increased abodminal pressure. A gentle massage and steam bath at the end of session would be comforting. Do warm up stretches for a few minutes before you go on actuals. Keep updating and take care.
Hi me1414, how are you doing? It seems you are over exerting yourself at gym. You need to be properly guided/trained by gym trainer. Plan your exercise program and do it at a slow pace and regularly. Probably the increased abdominal pressure might be the cause for spotting or any other cause, which you need to consult your gynecologist and get examined. A gentle massage and steam bath at the end of session might be very soothing. Take care and share your thoughts.
I would talk to your Dr about it...I'm not sure if that's typical.
