ATORPHY IN LEFT EYE

I am a home maker staying in Pune, India. I do have Hyper tension and for last two years suffering from Ulcerative Colitis.(U C) Three years back I had Central Serous Retinopathy problem but was not confirmed in Army Hospital but vision was blurred in left eye. During treatment of UC , .I was given Cartizone tablets ( Wyselone). I went to retina specialist on noticing no vision in left eye. He on checking , said there is fluid accumulation on retina and asked me to visit him two weeks after stoppage of Wyselone. Yesterday we visted him and on checking he found atrorphy in middle part of retina. He said nothing much can be done.
request advise.

Dear Doctor,
Thanks for your quick response.Request advice if there is any way including alternative medicine to revive the vision in my left eye, by reactivating retina nerve cells.However,our Retina specialist has advised to me to take Vitalux Plus, one tablet a day for first 30 days,thereafter  one tablet first 10 days in subsequent three months.Wanted to know your opinion regarding this.
Next week we are going to visit our daughter,at  Oakville,Totonto for 10 weeks.If you could suggest some good Retina specialist whom I could consult for revival of my left eye vision.

Unfortunately, there is no treatment for atrophy.  This is not the usual course for CSR.   Please get a second opinion.
