That symptom has been described many times and if you want to read the discussions you can use the search feature.  It normally is due to a person becoming away to the changes in the retina and macula as it shifts from dark adaptation to light adaptation.  As long as it goes away in a few seconds it is normally not something to worry about.  If you want to call the 'eye doctor' you saw and discuss that would be fine.   Often comes and goes.

It’s related to dark and whenever I open my eyes after being sleep but it freaks me out really ... I did two dilated eye tests in a week and oct test but shows nothing but the fact that I was under stress for few weeks
Read the other responses. If it doesn't change don't worry about it and move on with your life. If it gets worse and lasts longer see an Eye MD and have a macular OCT.
