Car head lights look distorted Please help

Hello all
Im so worried Im 41 yr old female , Three wks ago I had a funny tern felt like a massive serge of blood to my head them my eyesite went only for about 30 secs when I came round felt very strange , weird sensation to left side of face and eyes would'nt co ordanate.
Hospital thought maybe TIA  saw eye specalist he said maybe damage to both opic disc's maybe Glucoma and maybe nothing to do with the TIA.
This happened in Wales as i was on holiday I have to wait for 11 wks to see a glucoma specalist up here .
What I am frightened of is my vision at night whist driving (have stopped now) when I look at onward cars thet are fine when I look in my rear view mirror the car head lights behind me are so distorted massive rings aound the lights in fuzzy colous of musky brows reds orange . They are so big you can't see the cars .

Thank you for your quick reply , I am waiting to see a Ophthalmologist but on long waiting list ;0(
