Color Static Vision

Whether my eyes are opened or closed I see colors of pink, blue, and yellow. I can remember seeing them as a child. They consist of tiny spots that are spread out through the entire field similar to looking at static on the television, but with color. I do get floaters, but mostly when I am looking at glass. When I am in a tanning bed though, the floaters take on the shape of tiny circles, floating in a set of five pairs in a pattern that takes a hex-a-gonal shape with all pairs floating away from each other. The pace of the floaters never changes speed. I have a neurologist and a neuro-opthamologist, and multiple sclerosis. I've just been told that it is rare, but happens. I see tons of posts about floaters, but none such in the way that mine take shape. Are there any people with this condition at all?

I have had "static vision" or "visual snow" as you have described all of my life.  I thought that I was alone, until recently when I discovered that there are other people experiencing the same thing.  Check out the website below, hopefully it will help you:

They will most likely diagnose it as "visual entopic phenomena".  Not something they can explain, but you experience.
