Difference between Ghosting and Double Vision

I had Lasik 7 months ago and began experiencing vision problems at the 5th month in my right eye. I was also recently (last week) diagnosed with CSR (did not know I had this or was prone to it before the surgery). I was wondering if someone could explain the difference between ghosting and double vision (it is only in my right eye). When I look at an alarm clock or scores on the television (any white letter or lighted number) I note that there is a faint doubling of the number or letter to the lower right. I am hoping it is due to continued dry eye as that eye has recently been burning as though someone threw salt water in it. This eye was always dryer than the right and I believe I am still experiencing some problems. Also, has anyone had any luck with remedies for this situation rather than just putting in drops?

Thank you for the clarification. These terms are thrown around so much I wanted to make sure I was using the correct term to describe my problem to the doctor.

Double vision is seeing two distinct objects and one goes away when one eye is covered.

Ghosting is seen in one eye only and is not two district images but a partial outline or "Ghost" of the image
