I can't answer your question. It says nothing about the health of the eye or whether strabismsus is present and what the amount of the cylinder in the other eye is. If the eyes are straight, healthy and both eyes have 1.5 diopter of astigmatism without significant myopia or hyperopia glasses may not be needed and only observation used.
