EYE PROBLEM OR STH ELSE?

hi everyone. tonight im writing about sth that disturbs my friend. she told me that one day when she was applying the eyeliner she notice that the lower part of the under the eyes was a bright yellow tone. i dont know if this is normal or not? the last week her eyes were red also. im worred if could be sth bad. ive herd that hepatitis couse this yellow eye color. could sb help me? thank u
