Vision at right eye is a litlle bit blurry, i see little bit curved lines and image a little bigger than my left eye. My question is ... what is the mechanism of all these disorders. Use the search feature and archives to research "macular pucker" and "epiretinal membrane" especially the posts by JodieJ that has had this problem.

In its simplest form a membrane forms (it looks like cellophane) on the retina, often over the macula and contracts causing distortion, reduced and blurred vision and in the worst instance a full thickness macular hole.

Why these develop without a previous problem (such as branch retinal vein occlusion) is not completely understood.
