Eye Inflammation

I got inflammation in my left eye 2 weeks before, and i contacted an eye specialist who recommended me some eye drops for one week use. I have felt considerable change in my left eye after its use, however my right eye is also having the same issue now. I have consulted another specialist who said that, "there is nothing wrong with your eyes, just blood vessel have come closer behind the eyes", and he also gave me eye drops with a chemical formula like Zinc something.

Everyday, i feel this problem once but it vanishes when i use the eye drops. What could be the possible reason for this ? I am fed up of this eye inflammation. Also i am in severe depression these days ? Could it be the reason for the eye inflammation ?

Hi John

Thanks for your advise. Well, i consulted 2 ophthalmologist and they said that it is conjuctional congitivis. However the most interesting thing is that i got my eyes inflammation only when i get up in the morning and it went away when i use the eye drops. Could it be some other problem ?

Depression will not cause red eyes. Perahps you are on Zaditor a excellent drop for allergies.  There are many causes of chronic red eyes. If your problem persists see an ophthalmologist for a second opinion. FInd one at www.aao.org
