Eye Irritation..Is it Herpes Pls answer

Hi forum

I am a 30 aged guy and me and my friends went a tour and there i drunk more and i made sex  with prostitute on 27.07.2011.My problem is
01. During the sex  my condom  was broken  and when i feel it was broken  I suddenly took out and i didnt ejaculate semen inside her vagina.
02.After 2 month i developed Bells  palsy and conformed by neurologist and gave Vit.B12 and Prednisolone tab for 20 days. I took that and again went to doctor  for recheckup and told it was cured.
03.After a week rash was formed 1st in upper of both shoulder and then neck, collar area, back of the body, below the ear and little bit on face. But the rash is not itching so I went again to doctor and he told it is due to prednisolone tab sideeffect.
04.Now the rash is still there but 60% of rash now disappeared and the rash is not itching.

Till now I had no fever or any other symptoms my only problem is rash. After 18 weeks days I feared lot and i decided to test for HIV and i did Retroqucik test for HIV and the result came negative.

My doubt was why for the past 2 days i had irritation in right eye is it bells palsy reocurred or any other reason . Please tell anybody i didnt sleep well for past 4 month. Please help me for life..........

It is common to have eye irritation from Bell's palsy.   It is usually due to dryness became the eye lids do not close normally.  Please see an ophthalmologist.
