Eye floaters after refractive eye surgery

I had relex smile surgery 6 months ago, I got severe eye floaters after 3 month of surgery, I met the doctor how did the surgery on very next day, he claimed my retina is good and the eye floaters are not because  of the surgery. I had a long conversation with them and came out without any hope. Being a software engineer it is very very default to deal with this floaters. My quality of life is drastically decreased than before (with Spectacles). I am 24 now. Don’t know how I am going to cope up with this for rest of my life. No words to define my current situation it is like thousands of thorn in my eyes without causing any pain.

Please help.

Hi, would just like to tell you that you're not the only one.

I'm 23 and had surgery 1. August 2017 I had relex-smile like you and now suffer from numerous of complications including floaters. Funny enough I'm a studying to be a software engineer too.
It's scary was never told floaters would appear after surgery. But here I am.

I've found dark glasses almost like sunglasses help me work without noticing the floaters it might help you too. I also use dark theme addons as I'm lucky to not notice them with dark backgrounds.

Please let me know how you're doing and what you have learned maybe treatments? From these years as I can see this was posted in 2015.
