Problem with my retina?

I am hoping someone can give me an idea about what might be happening to my eye... In January 2011 I developed a blackish spot in my vision of my left eye,the spot is located between my central and peripheral vision.About a week later it turned into a greyish sort of enlarged blindspot, I later devolped another along the lower part of my vision and now seems to spreading a bit along the inner part of my vision(closest to my nose). Along with that I have alot of floaters and I also have flashing that runs along the lower and outter corner of my eyes(this occurs in both eyes). I have been to 2 retinal specialist, one said he saw hemmorages, and that my blind spot and flashing was from pvd. The second said that he saw no hemmorages, they must have healed and that I was not experiencing pvd. I was told to go to a neuro opthamalogist,I did, many appts, and did a few tests, and was told that they have know idea what is going on or what it is, so they said they are going to call it an enlarged blind spot, and they also have no idea why it is along my lower part of vision. I was told the full view erg and multi focal test I had done both confirmed there were some physiological changes with in my retina, and it was abnormal. Not sure what to do now, should I go to another retinal specialist with my test results? I'm worried that this is just going to keep progressing...Any ideas or suggestions?

Sorry I cannot add anything to the speculation about what's causing that.

I know its been a lot of years since this post, but this is the only thing on the internet I can find that seems to match the symptoms I am having.  Did you ever find out what the problem was?  I have seen the regular eye doctor and a retinal specialist who could both find nothing, and am now waiting to see a neuro ophthalmologist.  Hoping you still have access to this account and can give me some insight!

No thoughts or insights. Keep the appointment with the neuro ophthalmologist. That is what they do.
