Far blur.

I'm 25 yrs old this year and I recently noticed that things that are farther away like lettering on road signs and the board in class get pretty blurry.
My eyes also can get sore/tired sort of frequently.
so I went to the eye check for the first time. And My optometrist said I have to wear glasses most of the time.

Right:sph -1.25 ,cyl -0.25 ,Axis 180
left :sph -1.25 ,cyl 0 ,Axis 0

How bad my eye condition?

Although the doctor already described it as a "small amount of myopia", I thought I'd emphasize that it is considered to be rather low myopia, nearsightedness, which is very common (how common depends on which country you are from) and nothing to be concerned about  by itself  other than the need to wear glasses or contacts to correct it.  You also have a trivial amount of astigmatism in one eye (the "cyl -0.25, Axis 180") which is also very common and just needs correction via contacts/glasses, and merely means your eye isn't perfectly spherical but is shaped slightly like an American football instead.

Your glasses correct for a small amount of myopia (near-sightedness). It is not possible to tell anything about the health of your eye since you do not give the vision with and without the glasses nor does it tell anything about the health of the eye.

It's like telling someone your shoe size and asking what your weight is and how healthy you are.

If you see 20/20 with the glasses and no medical problems were found you have healthy eyes and need mild glasses or contacts or lasik to see normal
