Finding correction glass prescription after cataract surgery

I had cataract surgery 3 months ago. Toric IOLs were implanted but did not correct my distance vision sufficiently.  I received new glasses.  The left lens id perfect- crystal clear vision.  The right lens is blurry.   Went back to optometrist and he made some changes.  New glasses again- same thing right.   The right lens is a -.75.    I have been using cheap glasses I got on Amazon for the last 3 months because I had to wait until the IOLs were completely settled.  Those cheap amazon glasses are a -1.5 and my right eye is crystal clear.   I am trying to tell the optometrist that the right lens needs to be stronger- but it doesn't show that way in his "machines".. What's going on?   Could the implanted IOL's be  skewing the results in the machine?  I'm so frustrated . I've been to the retina specialist- nothing wrong there- And according to his tests my vision should be able to be corrected with glasses.  HELP!

Either give you optom one more chance, take in your cheap -1.50 glasses and read the chart for him/her and be sure that his prescription is close to that (-1.50) or go to a different optometrist and do the same thing.     That is a simple RX and the -.75 is off by 100%
