Floaters and bright blind spots

Hello I am 31 years old I was hit by a car at 12 years old and had a headinjury. Skull fracture and a torn artery behind my right eye. They repaired the artery by going through the grone area up into the head.  But never had a eye surgery, and I have a droopy eyelid from accedent and floaters since I was 17years old. But now I am getting bright blind spots almost like a floater is glowing, it goes away within 30 mins had eyes checked by 2 different Dr.  But there is nothing they can find wrong, any ideas? Thanks
