Hi, Doc. I visited an Eye MD today due to some new floaters. He said there was no PVD or other problems - just floaters. He did say that I have some "frosting" at the retina and that this is common in nearsighted people (or very nearsighted people, like myself). Could you please explain what this "frosting" is? He said it is of no consequence and does not affect my long-term prognosis at all, but I don't get what it is.
Thanks!!
