Fuzzy Vison

Hi,

I wonder if you could help me, for the past 9 months I have been suffering from general Anxiety disorder which seems to be getting better, 6 months ago I have LASIK to correct my vision everything has went well however the past month my eyes have gone really fuzzy, this is constant throughout the day and seems to be worse when I am looking at light backgrounds or if I look up at the sky.  It’s hard to explain, sort off white dots that seem to move when I focus at something and It is starting to make me really anxious I went back the opticians and they say my eyes are ok.  What do you think this could be? A side affect from the laser eye treatment or is it my anxiety causing the problem.

Please note I also have cystic Fibrosis but I believe this would not cause any problems to my eyes.

Thanks for your help

Graham

I believe your GAD makes physicial symptoms bother you more than most.

If you are not comfortable with assurances given you by your surgeon get a second opinion.

The white dots could be an entopic phenomenon called the Blue field effect or the flying corpuscle.
