Fuzzy spot in vision

For many years, I have noticed a small fuzzy spot in my vision in my right eye. I can only see the fuzzy spot when I'm in the dark.
I am 20 years old and pregnant withy first child, and have noticed that with pregnancy, my vision has changed and it's become more difficult to see in dim lighting. I've also noticed that the fuzzy spot in my right eye has grown much larger. It's more of a large blind spot now.
I see fine in a well lit room and day light with no strain or other problems. Could this be night blindness? Or something more serious I should have looked at?
It's always been a nuisance, but since I've had it for so many years I've never done anything about it.

Have your OB doctor refer you to an ophthalmologist as this is a concerning symptom that requires and ophthalmologist to evaluate and likely some special tests
