Glare , Starbursts, ghosting

I have posted before about my symptoms of Glare , Starburst and ghosting ...I have done all the tests but they couldn't find what is causing my symptoms...when I do the Pinhole test the symptoms almost disappear..but I start getting suspicious about my natural lens that causing all these problems it could be Cataract I don't know...if the pinhole test eliminate those symptoms, can it still be Cataract that causing those symptoms or the Pinhole test rules out cataract.  Thanks

Yes see good ophthalmologist, have glasses test, corneal topography, dilated exam, macular OCT
