No, my eye has no lens at all .I have been thinking about cosmetic contact lenses(prosthetic cosmetic contact lenses)but they are expensive and i  consider them as a second choice .I dont know what i am supposed to do .Which is the best choice ?

I also have an enlarged pupil. As I cannot afford surgery or the down time for recovery I've opted to use cosmetic ( non-prescription ) contact lenses to make my eyes look normal. I'm no eye care professional, and some peoples eyes dont take well to contacts, but in my personal experience with this, I've found the contacts are actually helpful. An enlarged & non-responsive pupil lets large amounts of light in that can cause more damage and can cause photophobia. The contact will reduce the amount of light getting in and reduces my photophobia nicely.
Wish you the best

Surgery can make it smaller.  LASER can make it larger.  Surgery is not recommended if you have your natural lens.
