I didn't wear safety Goggles for a dental tooth cleaning

Hello Doctor, Today I went for a tooth cleaning dental visit, i wasn't given eye goggles to prevent blood splash into my eye. Now I realized I made a huge mistake. I heard a story of a woman who got Endogenous Endophthalmitis from bacteria that went to her eye during a tooth cleaning procedure. Some splashes of my blood did go to my eye.

The chances of that happening are remote. I would call the dentist and express your concerns. The problem you describe is not from blood spash to the eye but having a tooth abscess and having the bacteria enter the blood from the base of the tooth.
