IConfuse about the implant of two diferent brands of IOL

At my request to have SN60WFW  A I crysoft implanted .My surgeon did that in my right eye.After a month I had the surgery in my left eye and whenI received the information card I was surprise to see that he had inplanted a Tecnis 1  aspheric I 0 LMODEL ZCBOO..

!.- Is this acceptable?
2 -Will it work right?
3 Why did he had to put an stich with the secon (L)  and  I have  a flicker of light  something that did not happen
with the first inplant?

This doctor made it clear that he did not like my choice of tkedid not like d my choice of

You received aspheric monofocal lenses from different manufacturers (Alcon and AMO).  They are essentially the same lens and should work fine together.  (I think that they are a much better choice than the ReStor, which was what your doctor initially recommended.)

I needed a stitch in my second eye, too.  In my case, the lens got stuck in the little inserter, and the surgeon had to struggle to get it free without ripping it.  The stitch was removed in the office the next day, and it didn't effect my outcome.  You'll have to ask your surgeon what happened in your case.
