IOL lens shifting position

Does anyone know how many days past Cataract surgery the IOL is vulnerable to shifting and going off center ?

Also, does using the post cataract surgery eye the first few days after the surgery affect the lens going off center ?
For example, if the iris keeps opening and closing due to different lighting conditions, or sleeping on ones side all night.

Thank you !

Thank you Dr. O. !!!

I know you cannot keep answering questions, is there a way to see or tell if your lens has shifted ???

(I mean at home, without going back to the doctor   I will see the doctor next week for my one week surgery followup appt.)

If it has shifted, what do they do to fix it ?

Not usually after the first few weeks unless you have a problem with the lens zonules.  Iris movement does not cause a problem.

BTW, the IOL I have in is a Tecnis ZCB00 monofocal lens.

Thank you again.
