What is it that I'm seeing?

For about 3 to 4 months now, almost every once in a while, whenever I turn my head to any direction or getting up from bending over and I blink in that moment, I will sometimes see a scattered bright pixelated-like white squares (similar to QR codes, only much fewer squares and more scattered) and the background can either be black or just whatever is in front of me. It last for like a second or even less than a second and it goes away completely, until the next time it randomly happens. I have never seen these before in my life. I did get my eyes checked recently and was told that my eyes are fine. Just in case, I do have dry eye syndrome, exposure keratitis, and lattice degeneration.

Neither dry eye, exposure k or lattice would cause that.  Poor circulation to the eye can cause that.  This is especially true if you have risk factors for cardio-vascular disease: high blood pressure, diabetes, smoker/tobacco user, high cholesterol, overweight or elderly. You should discuss with your personal physician, have a good physicial exam and a test called a carotid artery ultrasound doppler test to be sure you don't have severe stenosis (narrowing) of the carotid arteries.  JHagan MD Ophthalmology

Hello. I would ask your eye doctor to be on the safe side. We have an eye forum here, I have requested your post be moved there, they might be able to help you more.
