I am a 56 year old female, type 1 diabetic. I had cataract surgery last sumner. I had intraocular lens replacements. I had a few small floater prior that my retina Dr la sered . He also gave me injections in each 1 week prior to surgery. My vision after was the best I ever remember seeing. I got glasses for computer and reading. All was grwat. July was the 2ND cataract surgery. In October out of the blue I had my 1st vitreous hemorrhage, but ?I didn't know what it was. I went right to the ophthalmologist. He told me what it was and said to follow-up with the retina doctor in 4 weeks. That's what I did. 3 weeks later I had a really bad hemorrhage and saw the retina doctor right aw ay. He told me that if I lose my sight it was due to my negligence, I should have seen him right away. It was his partner who said when to follow up, I'm not a doctor. Anyway he lasered the eye which was incredibly painful. I came back 2 days later to get the opposite eye lasered. 3 weeks later he started injections. This was in November 2017. He's been injecting my eyes every 3-4 weeks. I have no improvement. He injected my eyes again in April 16. When the right eye was injected a circle with a clear center popped up. I told him and he said don't worry about it, it sometimes happens and it will be gone in 2-3 days. It's the 24th and all it has done is make me sea sick to the point In taking medication to control the nausea. It's a combination of the massive "spider web" in my left eye that has the smallest clear spot if I can see it the vision is perfect so the only thing preventing me from seeing is the black stuff. He said just because he can I surgery, doesn't mean he should. I also have MS and he doesn't know if that is also contributing to some of the vision loss. All these injections are not making any difference. I'm at a loss . I'm open to any opinions at this point thank you..Donna
