It could be cataract and most likely is; could be glaucoma but only if severe; could be completely different such as needingnew glasses. If its a problem might see the Eye MD for a "complete exam with refraction" and make that the main topic of discussion.

I'm happy to report that my tearducts are doing much better now. Although, they had to be irrigated four times, but this last time they were completely open. I only need to see this Tearduct Specialist as needed. No surgery was required. My other complications of the eyes are: Glaucoma (closely watched and treated), plus, Cataracts in both eyes. I have been noticing that my vision is much blurier and my eyes do not adjust to night vision like they use to. I mentioned it to my Primary Opthamologist, but he didn't say anything back to me. Is that part of the Cataract symtom?
Many things are "chronic" (oily skin, dandruff, acne, etc) and we speak of controling not curing. I'm glad you're better.
