Ask your doctor if LRI's might be an option for you. They might be much less expensive than Lasik, and can correct minor astigmatism like you have.
I hated toric contacts, so stuck with glasses for many years. When I got my IOLs, I had LRI's done at the same time, and my astigmatism is mostly if not completely gone.
You could wear a regular contact, but your vision in your left eye wouldn't be great. You could get an in-office demo. Some toric contacts are more comfortable (and work better) than others. Many people with IOLs have refractive surgery.
Can I wear regular contacts.. not the toric ones? Also, can I get refractive surgery with an IOL?
Thanks! :)
Sure you can wear glasses, you can have refractive surgery or you can try rigid gas permeable contacts.
