Keratitis

In early 2008, I had Keratitis. My dr said it was not related to germ
infection. I suspect that it was caused by shrimp eating, as well
as using eye massage machine. How can I avoid Keratitis? Can
artificial tear help wetting the eye and avoid Keratitis?

Also, does the sauna steam contain any germ that would hurt the eye?

You can eat the shrimp. Stop using eye massage machine potentially harmful. Take the sauna.
