It is not likely that lasik would be able to correct all of your myopia. However depending on the thickness of your cornea and its radius of curvature and the length of your eyes a type surface laser (PRK) might reduce the numbers 6-7 diopters to -4 and -1.00 to 0.00
You would need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in corneal/refractive surgery.
