Lacrimal duct abnormaly hard?

Hi, I have had this problem for a bit and its been driving me crazy lately. So I am hoping maybe ill get an answer here.
My problem is that my Lacrimal duct area on my right side of my eye is abnormally harder then the one on the left side (its also bigger as well). By hard i mean it basically feels as hard as a bone, while the left side doesn't feel that way at all. I also noticed that with my left one i could click it (which feels soft when i do)  which makes a squish like sound while in my right its basically as hard as a rock and there is no softness just hardness and can't make the squish like noise.
So I am wondering what the cause of this may be? its really annoying me and I am not sure if it will later cause me problems. Also within this, whenever I move my right eye a certain way the Lacrimal duct area thats hard has a tug back kind of feeling to it.  Anyways the picture I provided has a red circle where the location in which I feel the abnormality is at. Also I am not quite sure, but I think its either where both ducts meet together is where its hard, or its just the top path duct of the eye.

So yeah, is it something I should worry about? What might of caused it exactly? Anything I could do about it?

Also on a side note, it does not cause me any pain.

You need to see an EyeMD.  There are many causes, most commonly some type of duct obstruction.

Hiya, I have been searching the net as I have the exact problem that you have described above with your lacrimal duct feeling hard. I noticed you posted this a year ago and wondered if you ever found out what caused the problem, and how you fixed it? I'd really appreciate if you could email me on ***@****. thanks, Donna
