Medical mystery eyes

In October I attempted to use false eye lashes on my left eye, however my eye began to water so in the end I gave up. The next day I noticed that my left eye in the corner was really bloodshot and also smaller than my right eye, after a couple of days I went to see my doctor, and he prescribed me some eye drops, the problem persisted and after trying around 3 different creams and seeing at least four different doctors, I was sent to see an eye specialist in January. The eye specialist prescribed me antibiotic steroid eye drops, the redness then spread to my right eye as well and the right eye also became smaller. My left eyelid then also began to droop and swell up once a week, I was switched to a preservative free steroid drop, however the swelling continued weekly sometimes happening 2 or even 3 times, and the redness remained. As the eye redness never went away, I was tried on several steroid drops and creams etc, however the most they ever did was in the first three days of using a new medicine the redness would go away marginally but it always returned. I have been tested for allergies and have several blood tests, and seen around 5-6 eye specialists who do not know what is wrong with me. If anyone has any ideas then please please help me!!! The photo attached is an example of the swelling at its worse, it has only ever been this bad twice, generally it is not this bad

I can not help from the photo and description of the problem without an exam.

Please see an oculoplastic specialist.
