Had a topography done and no keratoconus or other corneal issues. I guess I'm just really lucky outside of having a -30 lol

Thanks for your reply! I recently had my corneas examined for an unrelated issue and they were deemed healthy. Is there any way they would have missed that?
Very few eyes can be long enough to need -30 and its highly likely you have a corneal disease perhaps K conus. Cataract surgery would involve a high risk of retinal detachment. The IOL power would have to be a minus or zero. Just removing your lens would make you about 18-24 diopters less myopic.
