As I posted earlier, I have had 13 proceedures in my right eye over a 2year period. I have had several detached retinasand some other issues with the macula, I currently have oil in my eye. It has been in for 4 weeks, Myhis vision is VERY distorted, and I cannot read a computer screen at all with my right eye. I get a lot of ghost vision especially if I try to use both eyes. It is very uncomfortable to keep my right eye closed to drive or read I have to. I only drive when I have to and very limited area and no night or bad weather driving. My left eye has it's own problem, I am very near sighted, and I have a floater which my doctor described as 100 times the size of a normal floater. When this floater gets in the center of vision, I cannot read or see a computer screen at all. Thankfully, it clears up within seconds by looking around and getting it to move. The original plan was when my right eye was back to normal he would take the fluid from my left eye and clear it up. Now we both agree that it would be better to just deal with the floater for now.... My question is, my job, which I really like, involves working at a computer most of the day, just typing this has given me a headache, what is the legal requirements on disability due to eye problems?
