Persistent eye twitch for over 2 years now

Hi there, I’ve been experiencing an eye twitch in a very specific place in my lower lash line for almost 2 years now… It is pretty constant, and random, I can’t pick up on any patterns for when it shows up. It is always in the same spot of my eye. I’ve been to neurologist and optometrist, they haven’t found anything out of the ordinary… Although the twitch isn’t de-habilitating it’s just something constantly in the background and is pushing my patience after 2 years of it. Does anyone have any suggestions of who I could look to for this?

Read about "myokymia"  If you have had it that long, and the neurologist doesn't find anything serious be glad it isn't serious. A lot of things will "push your patience' in life.  If you absolutely can't adjust to this then talk to the neurologist about a localized injection oif botox
