Should I Seek Immediate Medical Attention???????

I got sick two days ago I have been having a fever up to 102 degrees, I Had a headache all day, and have been cold, and hot, and sweaty, and have a slight sore throat, but the worst is my eyes they hurt when i try and look up, down, or side to side. What do you think it is?

Yes you need to see medical care as soon as possible through your personal physician if you don't have one see a GP, FP or other primary care physician.

Hello. I am a 4th year optometry student and I have heard cases of this common. My father was actually sick with the flu and had severe eye pain durring movements.  Your pain durring movement is most likely due to your virus you have.  I would take ibuprofen and take meds for the fever.  If it does not go away once your fever goes away and you are all better then I would seek medical help from an opthalmologist.  I know my father was put on an oral steriod and it helped him right away.   Good Luck.
