Phakic IOL for high myopia and astigmatism

Hello. I would like to consult your opinion on whether or not I should have phakic IOL on my right eye. It is now -9.0 myopia with 2 astigmatism. My left eye is completely blind due to retinal detachment (it is attached now after multiple surgery but the sign is gone - it was -20 myopia before the retinal detachment)

I'm not a candidate for Lasik and don't want to do that as it's irreversible. Should I consider Phakic IOL in my right eye? I'm 35 years old female.

Thank you for your opinion.

With one eye blind from RD, and the other eye at high risk for RD and the risks of phakic IOL including loss of eye due to infection, cornea damage, inflammation in the eye, possible need to do a second operation to remove, I would wonder why anyone would take those risks. Not something I would tell one of my patients to do.
