Elevated eye pressure, possible Glaucoma. Please do not ignore.

Hopefully on this forum I will be able to get a valuable advice. The problems with my eyes have started back in November, 2011 when my boyfriend has accidentally poked me in the eye and then intentionally licked the eye pushing the eye ball in with his tongue. (sounds weird, but that's how things turn out to be, unfortunately)
That day, my eye ball was then very very sore for the rest of the day. Then I have started getting eye ball pains more often in the affected eye. Then just an eye pain followed. Went to my GP, all worried about glaucoma when he said Im fine and only for the peace of mind I can go to the optometrist to get the eye pressure checked. Went to the optometrist, elevated eye pressure, 20,23,22,24 and 26 found by air puff tonometer. :( She said the angles are wide open, grade 4. Optic nerve is fine. She found a little bit of an astigmatism in the affected eye (left eye). They have done a visual field test and it was good, got all the wee dots!
Pain in the eye was still there, then my second eye started to get pains (not in the eye ball itself, just inside the eye). Went to the private hospital to see an opthalmologist. All he have done is looked into my eye with a slit lamp, holding the magnifying glass in front of the lamp he was checking eyes. Pressure measured by blue light tonometer. He said it was 19 in the eye that was poked and 20 in the other eye. He said, he has no reasons to worry, my pressures are on the upper side of normal. Right, for the few week I got my life back. Even the eye pain wasn't there anymore then again started to get pain in the eye ball in the affected eye (left eye),worried again. Developed floaters, never have had them before, now they with me. Pain  now in the right eye (just inside) and in the left eye (eye ball)...Now when I wake up in the morning my vision is blurry, but only for no more than 5 minutes. I have started seeing halos around streetlights and rainbow coloured circles around the very bright light sources. Also the starbursts. :( Im only 17 and that is what I am going through right now. My parents know I can be a little bit of a hypochondriac and so do not worry. GP even if he will give me a referall to the free opthalmologist, I have to wait a very long time, like 6 months. Symptoms just developed very very fast. Tried to come back to the optometrist, but she said that I am not due for an eye test, and yes my pressures were elevated, they have checked everything and that I should go to my GP and if he/she decides that I need a test they will do it. I have another option, just in 3 months I will be flying back home and I will defenitely going to be seen by an opthalmologist there. But! Its so so long, its like I have to deal with the symtoms like that for another 3 months until I finely get diagnosed....:(
What should I do? I cannot afford going private again. :( These symptoms are a cause of concern. Can glaucoma be unnoticed by two eye professionals? :( :( Should I go to another optometrist on the high street, so they take an eye pressure readings and look at the back of the eye again? Somebody help, I am about to have an emotional breakdown there. Nobody wants to belive that I really do have symptoms!!!
Sorry for the lengthy post, but I had to explain. Help greatly appreciated!

Couldn't wait and went on to see an optometrist. Eyes were examined with opthalmoscope and no optic nerve damage was found. Pressures were 17 she said.
I can still experience mild pains in the eye and rainbow halos around lights. Could there be something wrong with my corneas? like Fuch's dystrophy ?

You boyfriend did not cause these problems.  Your eyes are fine according the  examination finding.  Glaucoma does not cause this type of pain.  This type of pain is usually do to corneal or lid margin disease.  The floaters are not related to the pain.  This needs to be evaluated and you should see an ophthalmologist for the floaters.  At the same visit he can evaluate your intermittent pain and other problems.  You need to relax.

Also, the pain never occurs in both eyes at the same time! It either in one or another! When pain inside right eye comes, there is a redness around the iris.
Sometimes, there is no pain in the eye at all and then there is no redness around iris.
