Post IOL implant, weird vision

3 days ago I had IOL implant w/Tecnis right eye only. From the first day I've had this uneasy warbly (is that a word?) feeling mostly when both eyes are open. It's almost as if both eyes are not working as a team. Everything checked out at my day-after post-op appointment but still 3 full days later I have the same uneasy visual feeling.

I'm thinking that my brain may just have to get used to the new lens working with the old. Any thoughts? Is this normal and expected to go away? Thanks! Jeff
