Posterior Vitreous Detachment

Hello!
I have PVD in both eyes 1 year ago. The right is completely separated - but about the left eye there is disagreement among doctors.
How do I know - if the detachment is complete or partial - if one doctor says "complete detachment" and the other "partial detachment" (They both looked at me with the Goldman Lens.
I am aware that it should not be lifted heavily - for example over 5-6 kg. Does this lifetime restriction remain?
How do I "safely" deal with sneezing and coughing?
If a preventive laser procedure is done (and it is successful, let's assume) - Is the retina guaranteed, (and how much?) for more normal loads? After years, does anything change at all - or does the problem of avoiding loads remain for the rest of life?

I cannot answer those questions as they are very individualized and need to be answered by the ophthalmologist that has looked into the eyes. There are NO guarentees in medicine and ophthalmology. All we can say is "this is what usually happens" which many people construe incorrectly as "this is what will happen" and then say "the doctor siad 'this is what will happen"

Thank you so much for your reply Doctor Hagan!
I understand. It's hard, really - life without a foothold. That is, everything is in the hands of God. And the doctors - too.
I wish you health and happiness!
And to you also.
