Dim light or dark vision
When in dim light or dark, we see some tiny dots or fuzziness. My friends told me its normal, we see it even when close our eyes.
Kindly confirm, hope its normal phenomenon.

This is right from childhood and my retina check is normal.

This is not the type of thing a physician can 'confirm' over the internet. The fact you have had normal eye exams and has been there many years without progressing into something bad strongly suggests "normal" phenomenon.
